We can deliver items only locally in Hawkes Bay if you want it internationally you can ask upon request via email.

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 25 days. What this means is that if 25 days have passed since purchasing your item or items from our store, we cannot offer you a refund or any exchange.

In order to return your item you must meet these requirements, your item must be purchased within 25 days, your item must be in good condition and unused like how you purchased it from the store, and there must be no missing parts or any kind of damage done to the products. Returns and Refunds (when accepted):

Once we have reviewed and determined that you are eligible for a refund, we will send you an email receipt letting you know we have received your item/items. In this email we will also let you know whether you are eligible for a refund or not. When you are eligible we will let you know either on call or via email that the payment will be refunded onto your credit card or through cash if you wish to stop by at the store in person.
